Booking & Planning

How far in advance should I book an event with Bubbly?

For the best experience, we recommend:

  • Small events – Preferably, at least 4-6 weeks in advance.
  • Larger events – At least 2-6 months in advance.
  • Brand activations & custom experiences – Timeline depends on complexity; but for the most curated experience, reach out early.
  • Weddings – Preferably, at least 9-12 months in advance. However, our a la cart and micro-wedding options are perfect if you’re in a rush.

If you need something last-minute, no worries, we’ll make magic happen.

Pricing

How much does it cost to book an event with Bubbly?

Every event is unique and  pricing depends on the size, complexity, and customization of what you’re looking for. We offer:

  • Smaller social events: Starting at $500+
  • Business & networking events: Starting at $2,500+
  • Experiential & brand activations: Custom pricing based on scope

We’ll provide a detailed quote after your initial consultation, but we can work with any budget of any size.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes! A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date, with the final payment due before the event.

Yes! We offer full event styling, including décor, furniture rentals, floral design, and branding elements.
